Everything below mentioned are legal guidelines, the so called “fashioned customer service rules” but we can come to good terms together, we have a strong desire to leave you ecstatic and work on the basis of achieving this. We may modify the Terms of Use & Services from time to time, and your continued use of this site following such changes shall signify your agreement.
REGISTRATION
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this site, you will need to register. We may change our registration requirements from time to time. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Orders through our website and over the phone can only be placed if you are at least 18 years of age; are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and you are a 'consumer' (being an individual purchasing the products outside the course of his or her business or trade). All items you order are to be for your own private and domestic use and strictly not for resale. You confirm and agree not to use any products for commercial, business or re-sale purposes when purchasing from us.
PRODUCTS
We aim to display the colours of our garments as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee colours due to how the resolution, print methods, and screen settings that can sometimes affect how an item is displayed. Any product displayed on this website are available while stocks permit and can be removed at any point. Prices and descriptions of products can also be amended without any notice.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
When you order on our website, you are submitting to us a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping bag for personal usage or consumption, and we will do our utmost to fulfil this order to the service levels you expect. Orders can be reviewed and amended before purchasing so you should ensure that you have checked the order thoroughly before submitting it to us. Please note it is not possible to amend an order once it has been submitted. We reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, payment problems, product availability and product price or description error.
DELIVERY POLICY
We will attempt to send your goods within 10-15 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at basiskindia@gmail.com.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel your order within five days after you receive your product. We can only offer Basisk credits instead of refund. These can be redeemed on your next purchase from our website. These credits are only valid on this website and not applicable on any other website offering Basisk products.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase by having it sent to the following address E-11, Netaji Subhash Enclave, Mancheshwar, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha – 751017 within 5 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. We do not accept items that have been worn or altered. Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags on garments. All sets must be returned as a whole. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange (only for standard sizes) and if applicable offer you store credits for shopping further on the website, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. We do not offer returns facility for any of the customized pieces. You can return your online order by post, at your cost. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to products in transit that you return to us and, we recommend that you use a record delivery service and obtain proof of postage.
ACCOUNT
If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. Please ensure that the details yoU provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us with in the Your Account area of the website. Basisk Studio reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at any time without notice to you.
